MakanApa is a food recommendation platform that analyzes publicly available content from food influencers on social media platforms (including Instagram) to provide restaurant and food recommendations. The Service uses AI technology to extract and organize culinary information for users in Indonesia.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission

4. Content and Recommendations

The restaurant recommendations, reviews, and information provided by MakanApa are for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of restaurant information
• The quality of food or service at recommended establishments
• Whether restaurants are currently open, have changed menus, or have relocated
• Food safety or hygiene standards

Users should verify restaurant details independently before visiting. MakanApa is not responsible for any negative experiences at recommended establishments.

5. Intellectual Property

The MakanApa name, logo, website design, and proprietary technology (including our AI recommendation engine) are the intellectual property of PT Trini Adimulia Inspira. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Content sourced from third-party platforms (such as Instagram) remains the intellectual property of the respective content creators and platforms. We use such content in compliance with the relevant platform APIs and policies.

6. Third-Party Platforms

MakanApa uses the Instagram Graph API and other third-party services in accordance with their respective terms and policies. Our use of these platforms does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other third party.

Any data obtained through Meta Platform APIs is used in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
